Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in the apartments (on request). You can read the admissions policy by clicking here.
What are the check-in and check-out hours?
In the Apartments: Check-in (arrival) from 16:00. Check-out (departure) before 11:00.
In the Hostel: Check-in (arrival) from 13:00. Check-out (departure) before 12:00.
Do the apartments include a kitchen? is it equipped?
All of the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and everything needed for cooking, as well as lunch boxes, pans, plates, cups, etc.
Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace?
All the rooms at the Hostal have a terrace. The apartments located on the first or second floor have a terrace as well, and the ones on the ground floor have a garden.
Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
Yes, of course we can.
Do you have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
Yes, free wifi is available throughout the hotel. A computer with a cable connection for guest use can be found at the reception during opening hours.
Are there disabled facilities?
The ground floor apartments are accessible but not adapted.
Should I give my credit card number to confirm my reservation?
In order to make an on-line booking, it is necessary to provide debit or credit card information. If you book by phone or by mail and you do not wish to provide card details, you can make a payment into our bank for an amount equivalent to the first night’s stay.
Is it possible to park in the hotel?
Yes, we have a free private parking.
Can I do a late check in or arrive early?
We can adapt to your needs depending on the availability. Please contact us to let us know your request and we will try and fit it in.
Is there a minimum stay?
In the Hostel rooms there is no minimum stay.
The apartments have the following minimum stay policy: 7 nights in July and August , 4 nights during the second half of June and the first half of September, 3 nights at Easter.
Do you include taxes in the prices shown?
Yes, all the prices include 10% VAT
Do the prices include breakfast?
Unless it is specified in the room type, the price of the apartments does not include breakfast, the prices of the hostel rooms include breakfast.
Do you serve meals?
We only serve breakfast. In the vicinity of Rodeiramar 2A there is a variety of restaurants and we will be happy to recommend the best ones suited to your needs.
I’ll arrive late to the hotel, what happens?
The reception is open from 9:00 to 23:00. If you arrive later please contact us by phone or email to confirm arrival time.
How far is the hotel from the nearest airports?
We are located at a 25 minutes drive from Vigo, 1 hour drive from Santiago de Compostela and 1½ hours from Porto Airport.
Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (1 or 2 beds)
Yes, depending on availability. Please specify it in the special conditions field during the booking process or tell us directly.
In which floor are the apartments/rooms located? do you have an elevator?
The apartments are located on the ground floor, first floor or second floor. The rooms are all occupying the first floor. There is no elevator to the apartments or rooms.
Which languages are spoken at Reception?
Spanish, English, French and Galician.
